DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

If you are a European customer, you may return an unused product within 14 days of receipt, though you will be responsible for all shipping costs in this instance.Β To initiate a return, please contact us via live chat.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, they will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. We kindly ask that you double-check your address before placing your order, as orders with incorrect addresses will be cancelled without exception and you will need to place a new order.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after placement, provided that the product has not already shipped.

Please note that some products may have a production time of 2-3 weeks or longer, and the estimated shipping time will be specified in the product description.
